At SpaCambodia, we want every booking experience to be smooth and satisfying. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation by Customer

2. Cancellation by Spa

If a spa cancels or significantly changes your booking, you will receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account at spacambodia.com
  2. Go to My Bookings
  3. Select the booking and click Cancel Booking
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions

4. Refund Processing Times

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • KHQR / ABA Pay: 1–3 business days
  • PayWay / Wing: 3–5 business days

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Service fees and booking processing charges
  • Gift vouchers once redeemed
  • Promotional or discounted bookings (unless stated otherwise)

6. Disputes & Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with a service received, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We will review your case and work with the spa to find a fair resolution.
