Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SpaCambodia, we want every booking experience to be smooth and satisfying. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by Customer

| More than 48 hours before appointment | 100% refund |
| 24 – 48 hours before appointment | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before appointment | No refund |
| No-show (did not attend) | No refund |
2. Cancellation by Spa
If a spa cancels or significantly changes your booking, you will receive a full 100% refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. How to Cancel
- Log in to your account at spacambodia.com
- Go to My Bookings
- Select the booking and click Cancel Booking
- Follow the on-screen instructions

4. Refund Processing Times
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days
- KHQR / ABA Pay: 1–3 business days
- PayWay / Wing: 3–5 business days
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Service fees and booking processing charges
- Gift vouchers once redeemed
- Promotional or discounted bookings (unless stated otherwise)
6. Disputes & Complaints
If you are unsatisfied with a service received, please contact us within 7 days of the appointment. We will review your case and work with the spa to find a fair resolution.
